Carol Lynley

Pics Carol Lynley Feet and LegsCarol Lynley, born Carole Ann Jones on February 13, 1942 and passed away on September 3, 2019 was an American actor best famous for her roles in Blue Denim (1959), and The Poseidon Adventure (1972). Lynley was the daughter of an Irish father and her New England mother. Before becoming an actor, she began modeling as a young model. She won the Theatre World Award in 1956-57 for her role in The Potting Shed. Lynley began her career in film in the year 1958 by appearing in the Disney film The Light in the Forest. The film was followed by Holiday for Lovers (1959), and Blue Denim (1959). In her movie The Light in the Forest, Lynley was nominated in 1959 to the Golden Globe Award. She was also nominated for the Golden Globe Award again for Most Promising Youngcomer - Female a year later in the film Blue Denim.
